In a field of many with questionable integrities, his never was...Althouugh I am always busy on Sunday AM's, I did like to catch up later in the day...he is missed! RIP

I was a big fan of his. He was one of the greats. He was one of the few interviewers that actually listened to the answers to his questions. He was well prepared and tough, but always respectful. He was truly fair, and never let his personal views cloud his reporting or his interviews. I will miss him this election season.

One of the best. His son interviewed on Today this morning is remarkably well-spoken for a 22-yo, could follow in his Dad's footsteps.
