OK, since nobody answered my question on the other thread I'll ask it again ... Can anyone tell me if there's any noticeable difference in sound and playability between the Adams I and an Adamas II with the same bowl depths?

The short answer is that the differences between the 2 gutiars are cosmetic. In a blindfold test you couldn't tell them apart. Of course with the blindfold off the appearance of the 1 makes it sound better than the 2 (or the other way around if you prefer) Every Adamas 1 or 2 I've played have had the unique Adamas tone and within that they each have the tonal variances that any guitars have. Mr Wong has an Adamas 2 which is one of the best sounding guitars I've ever heard.

Thanks for the info. I kinda' figured that was the case, but I wanted to know for sure. Although I STILL WOULD like to have one of those with all the nice detail work.
