Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but I'd like to see this guitar go into some caring hands instead of a random Ebayer's. I'd like to try this one last time before I put her up for EBay sale at a local music store.

Again, I'd like to attempt a sale of my Breadwinner Limited. Price is $700 obo (very flexible.) Condition is very good. Pics are self-explanatory; the only non-original part on this guitar is the truss rod cover, a quality MWoody build. Includes the original case, which shows some scuffs and corrosion on the exterior. A lid has come free on the interior under-neck compartment. The guitar was sent into the Mothership earlier this year and was given a great freshening job.

Here's the clincher this time-if the guitar's buyer is in any way dissatisfied with the instrument after purchase, I will give a full refund of purchase cost and will pay the cost for shipping the guitar back to me. It's a no-risk proposition on your part. Shipping is free-so you're out nothing in the end.

Email me (since PMs seem to be down) for all details. I will accept PayPal and postal money orders.

More pics can be taken on request.

Dakota Tribal wisdom says that when you discover you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is to dismount.

A recently declassified Pentagon document indicates that people in the Pentagon try other strategies. Specifically there are 22 separate and distinct strategies that people in the Pentagon try when they discover they are riding a dead horse:

.1. Buy a stronger whip.

.2. Change riders.

.3. Say things like, "This is the way we've always ridden this horse."

.4. Arrange to visit other sites to see how they ride their dead horses.

.5. Increase the standards to ride dead horses.

.6. Appoint a Tiger Team to revive the dead horse.

.7. Create a training session to increase riding ability.

.8. Pass legislation that declares, " The horse is not dead."

.9. Harness several Dead Horses together for increased speed.

10. Declare with a policy directive and operating instruction that no dead horse is too dead to beat.

11. Do a cost analysis to determine if contractors can ride the dead horse cheaper.

12. Buy a commercial off-the-shelf dead horse.

13. Declare that the horse is better, faster, and cheaper dead.

14. Form an IPT to find uses for dead horses.

15. Revisit the key performance parameters (KPPs) for dead horses.

16. Say the horse was procured making CAIV-based decisions.

17. BRAC the horse farm on which the dead horse was born.

18. Promote the dead horse to a supervisory position.

19. Name the dead horse "Paradigm Shift" and keep riding it.

20. Ride the dead horse "smarter," not harder.

21. Call the dead horse "joint" and let others ride it.

22. Ride the dead horse "outside the box."
Welcome back Jeff,

A no-risk proposition for the buyer here on the OFC would be to receive the guitar from you and then send you the money if they are satisfied.

There you go... Fred wants your guitar.

You have published a dissertation regarding the issues this guitar has. Why don't you and Fred come up with a fair price. I'll hold the money. You send Fred the guitar. If Fred is happy, I'll send you the Cash.

It's a no-risk proposition on your part.

This is turning out better than I could have hoped. Jeff has given us full disclosure and right of refusal, which unless it arrives in pieces or is acutually a cleverly disguised banjo I wont be excercising. :D :D :D :D

I just talked to Fred!

I'm glad the two of you worked this out.
I can't think of a better home than Fred's.

Jeff, What you've worked out with Fred is in the true spirit of the OFC. thank you

Who knows what trials this BW is going to suffer at the hands of, Fred The Mad Scientist.

This is this sexiest BW I've seen.

Fred - quite the collection you're building. Congrats and way to stick with it, Jeff. You've sounded sincere about the guitar since day one - cannot believe that it won't work out well for everyone in the end. Well done.
