It'll certainly go higher than that, but the last Adamas without reserve ended up getting pulled at the last minute... |

Location: Chehalis, Washington | Is it just me, or did that one go really cheap? I haven't tracked too many of these bad boys, but under $800 for a pristine original Adamas II 1681 with the case? I'm sure I'll kick myself tomorrow for not outbidding whoever got that one... |

Great deal for whoever got it. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I watched that one down to the wire, but after just buying the 30th Anniversary CL, which hasn't even arrived yet, I kept looking over at my wife and thinking that if I pull the trigger on this, she'll pull the trigger on me. I was hoping Andrew or someone in the OFC would get it. Watch out for scam second chance offers, Andrew. I got 2 last week. |

The guy that won has like 300 feedback...not much chance of him not following through. (bummer!)
I had about the same thought on the "trigger" problem. Couldn't believe it was selling that low, but wasn't sure if I'd survive putting 850 or so on it right now, not when I'm looking for the '87 collectors that's up right now. |

| A steal my friend!! I looked at it late last night before it went off and considered a bid myself. Great sounding guitar and no one can complain about that funny blue color and all those little holes. Enjoy Ya done good boy! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Don't think any of us got it, Randy. There was a guy with zero feedback that bid fairly high, but didn't get it. I've seen him bid high on other Adamases before, but he never gets one. Don't know if he's a shill or just can't seem to get the high bid. |

Location: Chehalis, Washington | Yeah, I've watched that one before. "garonemartin" I think is the handle, though I'm not sure why he bids on Adamas guitars with "martin" in his user name... ;)
NC, I didn't actually get that one. Put in one bid late in the game, and got overbid at the end. I almost, note almost went all out for it, and now wish I had, but held back at the last second...trying to save my own neck, if you know what I mean. :D |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I've saved my own neck so far, despite several indiscretions. SWMBO noticed awhile back that I didn't have any blue ones, which I took as permission to buy that Adamas, however. Didn't want to test her memory. |
