Location: Utah | My eldest daughter has been taking guitar lessons for a short while, and paying for them herself. She said she wanted to get an acoustic sometime soon, and long story short, she bought herself a 2078T. It sure sounds great! She likes the contour bowl a lot. It came with an OpPro despite being advertised as Op30.
Here's a family portrait. Front row is middle daughter Sara's Preacher Deluxe, her Sweet 16 present. Middle row 1778LX, 6778LX, 2078T, 1778T-RF. Rear is Sara's old Applesauce 3/4 size (AA13?) that she started on about 4 years ago.

Location: enid, ok | To each their own. I have an Ibanez Prestige. It's very nice, but it's been modded, which is why I got it. My O's are stock, and they get more playing time. I just think they're better quality guitars, period. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I got her a little Applause travel guitar like FlySig shows in the picture, except I like the red one better. I think when she finally gets the 83 Collector's the Ibanez will never get used. The 83 is set up great and really sings, especially for a shallow bowl. |

Location: Utah | That scooter belongs to my 19 yr old daughter. I had to give up my motorcycle and 2 seat sports car when she was born. She rides the scooter everywhere, laughing when she only puts $8 of gas in each week. It may cost me my man card to say so, but the scooter is pretty fun to ride around the neighborhood. |

Location: CA | Bike story — my cousin, now in his mid-60s calls me the other day. He's an old biker and hot rod guy from way back. Has had several Harleys, but for the last 15-20 years has ridden all over on BMWs. But just got his first sidecar as the wife doesn't wanna ride behind him anymore.
Him: "You wouldn't believe how much girls like sidecars," he says. "Used to be hard sometimes in the old days to get a girl to ride behind you on the bike, but man, you should see it. They line up to ride in a sidecar."
Me: "Now you tell me!"
Him: "No s**t, man. Wish I'da know this 30 freakin years ago! Ha ha ha ha" |

Location: Jet City | FlySig, that guitar all the way to the left is a 1778LX? It doesn't look like a 1778LX to me. It should have holes on both sides. You have a mutant. Plus that looks like Koa on there. |

Location: Utah | Damon, it's actually a GC17LX or something similar. It is a Guitar Center spec'd guitar, a 1778LX with single sided eppi's. I'll have to go take a close look, but the wood inlay looks like the maple on my 6778LX-VN. That guitar actually belongs to a friend of my daughter who pretty much lives here this summer. They make up the duo Rebekkah Goes Swimming.
Muz, the 3/4 doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Both daughters really like it for some reason. |
