I really oughta stay off E-baaa, but I saw this and was kinda fascinated. It sez it is an Ovation, but... What is it? Kinda a Hollow body electic?

Looks like something that would work well for a clock housing and stuck on the wall.

It would be interesting to hear how it sounds. It sure is pretty to look at.

Lotta nice wood, huh? I notice it has gotten a whole lot more expensive since I first saw it. So some folks like it. So, y'all think it is listed as an Ovation cuz the builder used a thin-line pick-up, or cuz of the case?

I can't see any good reason it would be listed as Ovation. Maybe they think Ovation buyers would find it more compelling than a box guy might. I guess it worked with Gregory, Arthur and Jim.

The only reason I was interested is for the wood. From the pictures, it has a killer look. I'll bet in person, with a little carnuba applied, it would be stunning. But, I wonder how it would sound. Maybe Willard has it pegged, a nice (expensive) clock for your wall.
