Location: Jet City | Usually I would have had pics up hours ago, but my sone and I have been playing our new guitars all night. It's too bad I'm shipping him off to the farm next week, we worked out 2 part things that would have sounded great at the gathering.
Anyway. This is the most amazing O I've ever played period. I showed a tiny little scuff on the back of the headstock. It's the only blemish on this thing.
Amazing. And the tone, honestly I thought it may have been hype, and that the little wooden Adamas knobs just made it SEEM like it sounded better, but no, it's a tone machine. Very nice with my Dean Markley Alchemy GoldPhos strings.
And as always, a gorgeous job on the burst. I seem to be having a bunch of bursts these days.

Can anyone tell me what the binding is? Looks like walnut and maple, but what's the center piece? Mahogany? Cherry? |

Location: Jet City | You know Moody, you could have said padauk. I'm actually glad you didn't though. That's a great page that I hadn't read yet.
Thanks.
It does bring up another question though, actually 3. I know it's not you page, so I don't really expect an answer.
1. where's page 17?
2. why are there 2 page 19s?
3. This is the big puzzler, why no UKII? It was 1983, and they have everything else listed, but no UKII. Hmmm... |

You know, I never noticed the problems with the page numbers. I was always too busy reading the info on the guitars and looking at the pics.
The guy who ran the company probably spent some time in the tower before doing the proof reading..... |

Welcome to the club :D ;) And yes, 1537's have a way of becoming the favorite in the stable. That's a real beauty you got, congrats! |
