Location: Hicksville, NY | After giving it plenty of thought, I am finally parting with my one and only Ovation. I am in the process of upgrading to an Adamas, and I need the funds to be able to finance it (in addition to making the space available in my home). It's a shallow bowl US-made 1861 standard balladeer with a cherry burst finish. It had been under the care of Mr. Budny at the mothership. I purchased this guitar new three years ago, and I am the original owner. The playability is excellent, and the Op24+ preamp makes this guitar come alive when plugged in.
The only issue with the guitar is a hairline crack on the finish (not the wood), located next to the bridge. The crack is not even noticeable, unless you really look for it. Otherwise, the guitar has no scratches, no dings, and no other issues. I will consider all offers -- bottom feeders are welcome! :)
As I previously mentioned, I have neither sold a guitar on-line, nor ship a guitar. I will appreciate all the advice I can get. A picture is available in the member's section or in the OFC map. For additional photos, I really don't know how to post them. Can someone post them for me please? | |
