Welcome, Barata. That doesn't sound bad to me, but someone over there would have a better idea of the market.

I have a 2000 Collectors that I absolutely love. There are a long list of reasons why it shouldn't stand up to other US Ovations, but despite that, it does. It records better than any other guitar I own. I love the neck. I love the way it looks. I love the Optima preamp. It plays as well as any other guitar I have. It would be one of the last guitars I sell.

650 Euros is not out of line that for guitar. I wouldn't sell mine for that little.

My mistake, Barata. You asked for opinions, I gave one. It just wasn't about guitars. Then Crimson Lake started... never mind.

I think the 2000 Collectors is a fine guitar. Seems like you got it for a very reasonable price.

I was trying to find an old post of mine that I thought was about a 2000 Collector's on ebay. It was in Boise and I went and looked at it. Much more red than the Ovation website indicated. I think they wanted $800 for it. I don't know if it ever sold. The same pawnshop had a 1537 for less money that was much more interesting.
Do a search in the for sale section for 2000 Collector and you'll find it and a couple other threads.
