Whew. After 10 months of early mornings bleary eyed in front of my monitor, it's finally finished.
...a beautiful dvd sleeve. |

Though the sleeve came out great, these disks DO NOT have labels, so please don't think yours were forgotten.
I don't have a disk printer and I refuse to put sticky labels on DVD's anymore - it can cause fatal damage to a DVD player, they get much hotter and spin faster than CD players and the adhesive melts, the label slides... new DVD player time. |

a few weeks ago i got one of those lightscribe dual layer dvd burners off of eBay ($40.00), you know, the kind that also burns the label. finally picked up some appropriate discs the other day but have not burned any yet.
by the way, that is awesome work you did on the sleeve. excellent design! |

Location: closely held secret | Not to belabor the point (because I really think the ability to print on disks is cool) but the last Epson I had really ticked me off. If any of the cartridges ran dry (according to the printer) it wouldn't let me print at all. If the color ran out, I couldn't even print a text page with black. That to me is unacceptable.
On top of that, there are studies that show Epson printers report the cartridges empty with up to 17% of the ink remaining. |

I was notified that I was part of a class action suit against Epson.

Me too, CL. HP may be the microsoft of printers, but mine will keep printing when all the ink is gone. |

(c) There is even a very small possibility that she might think it looks like a lot of fun and encourage me to go every year. My bet would be on (b), but she might think you guys are no stranger than I am. I would have a tough time with the grass skirts, but she forced me to go to a toga party a few months ago. It didn't occur to me that I could wear shorts under it. |

Location: Scotland | Mine worked fine. As far as I understand it, European DVD players can cope with either format, USA machines will play PAL but with a loss of quality. |

I am totally impressed with the packaging. Will make popcorn and watch it the evening. Thank you to all involved (won't do 'especiallys'...for fear of accidentally missing someone) in anticipation. |

I will let you know as soon as I got the DVDs! Should be no problem.... and the NTSC-80%-picture-quality together with the sponge-sound will always remind my, that this is a wonderful souvenir from USA, hihi! |

Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | Got my DVD's...haven't watched 2005 as yet...Great Job: I am looking forward to this year and getting to put names with faces...some I will know but the rest will have to wait till Hartford. BTW, I assume that was a custom made Ovation: with the electric pickups installed and what I think is a Thunderbolt neck and Preacher deluxe fingerboard? wild...very different. My snakeskin topped T-Bolt should be waiting at the factory finished by the trip and if so I'll pick it up there. My 1758 is on the way and should arrive Thursday. Al, I thought you had class...I enjoyed watching and hearing songs I have not heard in years! Makes me searching for some dool tunes to offer myself now.
Blessings!
---A note: Please keep the VA TECH campus and community in your prayers! I have been there since day before yesterday and am to go back on Friday for two more days: this has just devestated our area of SW VA. I am a chaplain and will be working with the emergency responders and police this weekend. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers!

| Thank you so much! That was a world record!
Already yesterday I got my DVDS 05 and 06.
I started with my picking lesson at midnight! I was always a plectionary, but with Pauls help I will go into Leo Kottkes picking world.....just a few decades practice and voilà! No problem! (?)
It is really a great pleasure for me, to see so many of you in these DVDs.....I do not know all the names, but now I have some faces! By the way....NTSC is no problem, the quality is pretty good. Thanks again to all of you, who made these DVDs possible!
Bless you all from switzerland, Dieter |
