Location: Germany | Found this custom made Adamas I on craigslist. It's a 1588-9 (12-string Adamas I w/ cutaway), s/n 5876-90 (from 1991). Guitar is still available, IMHO great prize for this guitar.

| looks like someone tried to use the bin and oopsed, or intentionally killed the bin by entering an amount just short, then retracting the bid.
hmmmm....

| I had a heart attack when I first saw it. I thought it was Red but it just had bad photo's. So I emailed then I remebered the numbers. #9 is Brown. The guy emailed me back and told me it is a custom color blue-tan.......He is either a member of this site and just busting me or he is color blind.
The BIN was a fantastic price. You do not often see the 12 Adamas 1's in the cutaway version. If this was Red I would have bought it and sold my 1688-7.
No matter this is a great guitar, something has happened to Adamas guitars and all of the high end Ovations...........they are selling at about 60 - 70% of their previous market values on ebay anyway and it has been 6 months now.
Good time to buy an Adamas if you want one. This 12 string is about as nice as they come!

| I must be eccentric or something but I like that color. I can see the faded-blue tint inside the beige-burst. Wish I had the bucks for a premium 12-string. The cutaway is the best of both worlds.. |

And I didn't retract the bid.
