Before offering to the world via eBay, here's a chance to keep this one in the family...
1981 Acoustic/Electric Custom Legend 12-String with all the trimmings! The model number is technically an 1158-4, though it has a factory piezo-electric pick-up and vintage Volume/Tone Stacked Pre-Amp, so it smells and tastes like a 1658.
It is in exceptional condition and is the best playing 12 in terms of sound and feel that you could ever hope for. Next best thing to an FD-14...deep body, 12-fret slothead with about 300 pieces of abalone inlayed...Can you say "Bling-Bling"!?! Purchased a couple years ago from the original owner.

Having had a couple hand-fulls of O' 12's run through the herd over the years - this is by far the finest - But, it's too nice to be a museum piece at my place - I just don't play it enough to selfishly hang onto it. I always gravitate to the Folklore D' or the Minty Country Artist (also available!).
There are NO ISSUES of any kind, and there are only tiny ding's in the high-gloss finish on the lower bout. There are NO finish cracks, bridge isuues or any headstock dings. Action is set near perfect and there are fresh D'Addarios on it. Photo's are in my Sale or Trade Gallery.
Some would typically ask around twelve hundred for a CL12 in this condition...I'm asking $1,000 plus actual shipping.
