Very nice 1157-7 Anniversary Model built in the 70's. I just recently bought it, and decided that I want a Custom Legend. I can't afford both, so the Anniversary is up for sale, or possible trade. It is listed as Antique Brown, but is more of a red color. Hand picked spruce top, Herringbone trim, carved bridge and rod cover, gold hardware, abalone snowflake position markers, and A type bracing pattern. I purchased it from the original owner, and it's in great shape. No cracks in the top, neck straight, finish in beautiful condition. Hard case also in wonderful shape. I need 475.00 plus shipping.

Thats a beautiful guitar, and a very nice price. I promised myself I was done buying for a while, so I am going to try to resist....

I was also looking at these before getting my 30th Anniversary CL, which I thought was kind of a combination of both. I'm not sure what the difference might be in the sound, if any.

That's nice. If it were A/E, I'd almost consider trading it for my CL. I say almost, because after after 24 years with it I'm sorta attatched. When buying, I was choosing between the 1657 and 1619, but went with the bling of the 1619, but now Custom Legends are a dime a dozen, and its refreshing to see an old Anniversary in good condition.
