Location: SoCal | MJK, I'm not familiar with the Deacon-12 that you just picked-up, but if it has no issues, you did fine.
Look at the Q&A's from the auction that ended cheap yesterday. To me, it looks like the seller was very vague with their answers. In all fairness, the seller might not know about guitars, but to me, it just spells "possible surprise package from ebay". |

| $810 was a great price if it's in good shape. The factory could make it pristine and practically double the value. |
