What do you think about this UK ebay offer?
New Glen Campbell reissue
I asked the seller about the serial# and that was the anwer:
"There are 3 of these in the holding warehouse, I can not get the serial numbers."
Prize is really a bargain for a new 1627 reissue model but .....

Location: Phoenix AZ | It's got to be a mistake. You don't sell a GCRI for $700. and a Tak-EF75 for $3700.
Although I would argue the Tak is certainly worth $3700.

Location: big island | he's listed the K-1111 RI at $1499 GBP so the GC has got to be a mistake. someone over there try to buy one or all three...
interesting that clicking on the seller's store link gives a message that there are no items. |

the Tak-prize is OK for European circumstances. To the US prizes you have to add about 20% customs duties and $100 for shipping across the pond.
All the more the GC reissue prize is implausible.

Jacaranda or Rio Jacaranda - just another term for brazilian rosewood - or rio palisander or Dalbergia Negra.

Location: big island | jacaranda trees grow all over hawaii in the upper elevations. beautiful lavender colored blossoms. i do not believe it is the same tree as brazilian rosewood though. |

you may be right. there are nearly 50 different species of jacaranda.
Jacaranda-Dalbergia
Look under Dalbergia nigra.

Location: Scotland | Karl, this has to be a mistake, UK list on this guitar is around £1800GBP and he's offering it at £349. I have an account with the distributor and I know the UK trade price on these, so this just doesn't make sense. As for the "holding warehouse" thing, this sounds to me like total BS. I don't know what's going on here, maybe he missed a digit and it should be £1349, but it may be worth clicking the BIN and see what happens. |
