Near mint condition and not much play time. My neighbor bought it new and never really learned to play. Sat in its case the three years I've known him.
I play Les Pauls and thought I would pass this on. Came across this site looking for info on it. Plays beautifully!. Has tobacco sunburst finish. Serial # 3767xx. Was putting it on eBay and noticed a user sugesting another use this site first.....so here goes. OHC included.

Best offer over 450

That's pricey even for a mint Balladeer. I've been offered two (claimed) mint '90s-era Legends from two different people for $450-$500 in the last couple of months. Pics or a link to your neighbor's Balladeer would help.

He changed it to $350, but he did it on a separate thread, so it will probably get lost. $350 is probably in the ballpark. Mine cost less, but it has a few finish cracks. If you don't mind the shallow bowl, these are nice playing and sounding guitars. I was surprised that mine has the volume that it has and if I ever need a shallow bowl it is a great one to have.
