Location: RI. That small State out East | A recent purchase makes this special guitar available. It's in very good condition.
It's not perfect.
The play / feel / sound... Is awesome.
The neck is clean, no dings on the back, frets show some wear in the "cowboy" cords.
The bass side "epps" has a chip (piece missing) between one of the sound holes, very small, you have to look for this. (But it's an imperfection)
A hairline (finish only) crack 3 to 4 inches runs along the outer trim / binding of the guitar near the twin wooden control knobs. Some "rash" on the wooden binding (music stand wear)...
You might remember that I found this guitar in Canada a year ago for a great price...
Sooo, I'm letting it go for $635.00 delivered to lower USA.
Let me know ASAP if interested and I can send pic's...
Yes, all that you've heard talk about this special guitar is real...
It does have the magic.

Location: Boise, Idaho | Andrea, if you haven't already done it, search for 1537 in the general, for sale and archives. They were the talk of the OFC a couple years ago when I first joined and beaters were going for over $1000. They have a warm, mellow tone, not as crisp as most Ovations. Mine is as easy to play as anything. You certainly can't go wrong with this. |

Location: UK | Thanks Mark , I have done a bit of research , i have a larrivee which has a beautifull sweet sound and is a dream to play but very subtle and i am looking for something with a bit more bass , a bit more power and resonance , many years ago i had a 12 string custom legend but was forced to sell it for too little at a point in my life when i was very short of cash , have always regretted doing that and wanted an ovation again , so maybe ...... |

At least she says she wants it.
I'm sure she's good for it.

If not I'm sure we can take the Isles and make a Colony out of it!
Probably put Schroeder in charge. |

Location: Lebanon, TN | I have been lobbying for 42 years to make the United Kingdom the 51st state :-) That way I wouldn't have to take 6 years trying to get through the greencard process. Plus you guys can drop this whole president ideal and revert back to the constitutional monarchy I know you all crave! |

Location: Boise, Idaho | We don't already have a monarchy? I'm favoring anarchy at this point. Either that or just force everyone to use Larry Craig's throne. |

Location: SoCal | Andrea, when you get the 1537, have somebody who plays well play it for you so you can sit across from it and listen to it. The odd thing about 1537's is that they sound much better from 6 feet in front of the guitar than they do from behind the guitar. |

Location: Bluffton, SC | I'd second that, Andrea. Great guitar from a great guy - you can't lose here.
And I waited months for my 1537 - it's brutal but it's a great day when it finally hits the mailbox. Enjoy and, oh, watch the ivy in the garden too. |
