One of the players in our worship team asked to sell his Viper for him:
Sunburst Viper and OHSC

This is really clean and he's the original owner - his first guitar at 14. I have it and ran it through the mill. Very clean, capable and all original.

If an OFC Member (at least 10 posts and proof that you have argued with either cliff, Tupp or Moodypi) wants to they should email me about price range or their offer.
Very nice figure on the Maple neck!

Did I mention that this is a "Pre-Fender" Ovation?

I just got this question from an ebayer:
"Does this neck have the thin or thick neck?"

I thought there was only one thickness on the Vipers. Anyone want to bring me up to speed?

I understand you all are in mourning but I have a second question:

Were the early Viper PG's plain and then had "Viper" etched in at a later time?

Any timelines on that?

BTW - if you know this much info you need a life!

Ummmm at the risk of pointing out the obvious fact that I may need a life :(

Actually they started out etched, and then about the time they went to the Chrome bridge, the pick guards went blank.

Hey Mike, the Viper in the background of one of the pics has interesting looking pickups, what are they? Nice pickguard too!

Oh, that old thing...

the pups are Artec minis with Alnico 5 magnets and 11.5 and 8.5 impotence readings.
the PG has a nice Koa veneer and the body on that one is one piece of Mahogany.

When I compare those pups to the Viper pups on the Faux-Limited-Mutt (same Stemac 250K pots and blender) they sound the same to me.

I adapted the artec minis to the OEM style of mount so that the Viper pups can be put in any time.

I am weak and broke this week so if you have an offer in mind...

Impotence readings? :D :D

Unexpectedly a bit broke myself as well

Thanks Mike

Unless it was Delbert. That'd be about par.
