UKII on eBay I'm watching it along with about 5 others. Too many to choose from...what's the consensus: viper or UKII, Bowties or Abalone. all I need is for someone to throw up a Deacon and a Thunderhead and I REALLY won't know which way to turn! |

Location: Jet City | 2stix, the UKII is the one, no comparison. I think the abalone looks nicer that the bow ties, but I guess that's a personal taste thing, and really so is the UKII vs Viper.
I think you'll find that the general consensus is the UK II was the best solidbody they ever did.
I'm biased though. BTW, I see you have a Preacher. That was my first, but I traded up a couple months later. The UK II is 50x the guitar that Preacher was. |

I have never actually seen or held a viper or a UKII, but then again, the same holds true for my Tornado and my Preacher. As for the Preacher, I really wanted a Deluxe but kept missing out and kinda bought this one on the "Bay" by accident. There weren't any bids on it so I threw one out there and won. Sometimes you get lucky. |

I highly doubt you would be disappointed if you could get your hands on one. |

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | With all the new ones on the sales block it makes for a tough decision. I missed out on the one I was interested in earlier, with the lightr maple body that matched the maple neck. I AM a bit picky on what I want, so the way I'm looking at is is to snag a good deal and convert it to what I want. I really like the things Woody was done, and it has motivated me to go for it |

Now chop up all the Vipers ya want, but not the UK II. NO! YOU MAY NOT HAVE ONE NOW! :D
