I am wanting to trade my Roland AC-60 amp for an electric amp. I purchased the amp new a little over a year ago and it's never left my house, it's in perfect shape and comes with the carrying case.

I'm open to different brands of electric amps but would like to stay in the same "value" range as the Roland.

So if anyone is intrested please let me know.

Those things are great. My son uses one, and I could use another for my synth axe, or even to do a mic out of if I decide to start playin/singin again. so..

yeah :D

He may not want what I have though. But we'll see. It's a kick butt little 2 celestion thing from Crate that was amp of the year back in '90. I don't use it anymore though, and I know I'd use the Roland.

Damon67,

I really appreciate the offer but I'm affraid it might be a little small for my needs.

I'm looking for something around the 60w or above mark with some effects or modeling available.

Actually Mike, our guitar player at church had just got married and is on a tight budget, when all his gear was stolen on Christmas eve (around 20 grand worth, three guitars, mikes, pedals, amps, etc...). The only guitar he had left was a Tele. I felt sorry for him and I wasn't using it much, so I gave it to him.

Actually, with the sound probs I have at church, I was thinking of getting a 60W acoustic amp. Maybe a GB Shen 60.

Capt, look into the Roland. A great little amp with plenty of power. Maybe you got something to trade...

Jas - I use the AC60 at church. It's pretty portable and sounds great. The harp player is trying to cop the other channel. I might have to relent.. she's bigger than me.

I have an amp for electric guitar that is being unused. It is a Peavy Bandit 112. Pretty good distortion tone. But it doesn't have a variety of effects. Surely not intended to be a modeling amp by any means. But it is a great amp for practicing with a band. I think it is 100 watts or more. If you are interested, I can get you the details and some pics.
