TJ, sorry 'bout eking ya out, but I did respond within 40 minutes of Bob's post.
He did a great job on cleaning and packing this 30 year old sweetie. She's still a little fretboard thirsty, but so am I and I'm twice as old and not near as pretty!
BTW, karma is soooo sweet; BT got a great deal on a black Legend LX today that he had been seeking. Awaiting the pics...

Paul & lanaki, the sunburst may be a half-shade darker in indirect or indoor light. The pic was taken with a bright setting sun to the right.
All I need is to find an 'O' case in that the one that the FL arrived in is not original. Nonetheless, I'm a happy camper!  |

Location: Vernon CT | Your Welcome Johnny!!! There was a part of me that wanted to keep it, but, it was just a hair over my budget at the moment and when I saw it in the condition it was in I just had to make sure it stayed in the OFC Family. :)
Guys and Gals, She is a near flawless guitar for being 35 years old. the electronics work perfectly!!
Now, my story real quick. Found a guy who bought a black 2077LX. wanted $500.00 for it.
Tried to to talk him down to $400.00 but he said
$450.00. Then told me the 2077LX was to much guitar for him as all he did was strum and did not plug in. Said he was going to buy a "Cheap" acoustic just to have. So I offered my 1111-1 Balladeer which above the 7-8th fret buzzed like crazy and $250. (only paid 75 for it) I now have my Black Legend!!! :D

Location: Boise, Idaho | I like Martin Clapton's Choice on mine. I know it doesn't sound like a good match, but I think they have a nice sound for fingerpicking.
I ran out of strings a few months ago and bought a set of those. Now I have so many sets of strings I'm going to lose track of what's on what once I start changing them. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | All the cases are in the storeroom, labeled, so I can remember which case goes to the guitar. Too many guitars, but don't quote me on that. I was going to systematically change all the 14 fretters, except the Country Artist, to D'Adds and the 12 fretters, except the Classic, to the Claptons, but I got sidetracked after 3 or 4. Or was it 5? Then I got some cheap John Pearse strings that I thought I'd try, but can't decide which ones and then brought back a bunch of Adamas 1818s from Miles', so that screwed up my "system". |

Give me a day or so and I'll send ya one where all ya'll have to do is 'plug' in the data. I'll include a 'sample' entry showing how I handle the info. It's not perfect but it gives me something to refer to.
My next Xcel project is to provide links within the spreadsheet relating to the web info I've collected/found for each git. So little time... |

I might try to transfer that to a spreadsheet this weekend and add a spot for string changes. But then, I will probably go on a winery tour tomorrow and play golf on Sunday. |
