| Just a heads up on this. Just letting you know I am not saying to whom, nor how much.... but I am happy to anounce that one of the OFC members who made an offer has hit the number! This makes me very, very, happy as I did so want to keep it amongst this group. Thanks for the messages and the offers. Who knows it might come around again.
Randy
Now I have to sell that Adamas I have listed on ebay and I am most of the way there. Anyone want to buy one of the best guitars Ovation ever made it is listed. All kinds of questions about shipping overseas, I think it will get a bunch of bids in the end.
Don't let it go, if you can afford it, these are hard to find.
Peace Love Dope

I am very happy to be able to have a part of Ovation history in my collection
Thanks Randy

| I am going to miss this one. Ahh the need for Money and the value of great guitars, compared to the need for money. Terrible thing for a working man with a habit like this. Round and Round and round it goes.... when and where it stops nobody knows.
Well it looks, very much, like this one will stop in OZ. Congrats Jim I was not sure if you wanted to let this bunch know anytying yet.
Mike if your reading this please contact Jim Down Under and visa versa. Jim, MWoody has the sister to this guitar in the JM Deacon, has also does those great walnut pick guards and might have some documented information on JR's Deacon.
Happens to be a nice guy as well and can help a great deal if you have questions or need parts someday.
I am sending two wood tailpiece covers I made for this Deacon. I have more kicking around I might sell. I am not sure if I will replace this with a cheaper Deacon someday or not. I really like how these guitars feel when you play them.
Enjoy
