Hi guys. I have neck from a 80s Balladeer up for grabs. All I ask is that you cover shipping from Shiloh, IL near St. Louis. I'd guess it would be around 5 bucks USPS parcel post.

No tuners, no nut and the fretboard is broken off past the 14th fret. It'd make a good shift lever for your 71 Vega or a beer tap.. or, if you are a luthier, the truss rod and attachment assy is still intact.

I just can't bring myself to throw it away. I was going to lengthen it with broomstick and make the first Ovation Magnum washtub bass. Maybe even do some Adamas cutouts on the galvanized tub.

You got it. skshaffer@charter.net is my email addy. Just send my your shipping address and I'll get it in the mail. I'll let you know what shipping costs and you can send me a check when you get the neck.

If you want, I can insure it for $10,000 and pack it really poorly.

Could you make a cigar box resonator with it?
