Looks to be some type of Matrix, given the binding & aluminum neck. No clue about the label.

Medallion was the name originally used for Matrix. Gibson had used the name Medallion on I think a Flying V reissue, and started whining (as usual) so Ovation changed the name to Matrix. Miles has a Medallion.

The Medallion were introduced around 76 I think, the name didn't last long before it was changed to Matrix
