Location: Berkeley, CA | I was in Austin last summer for the ACL festival. Loved the place, felt right at home, but never again. Too Freakin' Hot (humid)!
Old Magnolia Town? Gotta google that one, but I'm due for a trip.
These meets happen in air conditioned places, right?

Location: Budd Lake, NJ | "ACL festival"? As in..."Anterior Cruciate Ligament Festival"? I know that Texas is kinda in a world of its own, but that conjures up images of people on crutches and in knee braces. Must make for a bunch of interesting Texas two-stepping......
(Sorry--I played softball long before guitar and know a thing or two about knee injuries, and am on meds for this sinus thing I've got, so I'm not my usual restrained self today. Please accept my medicated apologies......)

Would that be "the" Jewel, songstress?
Anyway, funny girl, ACL in this case stands for Austin City Limits, a music organization that, for one thing, puts on an excellent TV music show mostly seen on PBS.They also put on a pretty well run music festival during the hottest, humidest, weather every summer in Austin, Texas. Google them, if you're curious.
Gotta go, my ligament is acting up.

The board as a whole knows that all of my instruments (4,5,6, and 8-stringed) have names; "Jewel" is the Custom Elite super-shallow LX that's the main guitar of my somewhat limited collection. :)

Side note: She's not bad at what she does.

Location: Berkeley, CA | I'm kinda interested, but there is no such place as Old Magnolia Town. Mapquest say's so, and if mapquest don't know it, it ain't there.
Right? |

Location: GATLINBURG TENNESSEE :) | I am trying to plan a visit to my in-laws house in Fresco for April. The only problem is that we'll probably fly (It looks like it'll be chaeper that driving) If we DO drive it would be cool to show up and bring some guitars. |

Location: Converse, Texas | You will not find Old Magnolia Town on Mapquest or google. It is a ranch owned by relatives of Paul Wag. It is just outside of Palestine, TX. BUT ... you can visit www.oldmagnoliatown.com. Address is on the website. We will post the invite in the next couple of days.
What do you mean, TOO FREAKIN HOT in Texas?
Oh, and we don't pardon in Texas! Tupp: We call them Texecutions... |

If OMT has AC, then you're talking. I saw their site, and they surely do.
