Any opinions or history on this unit! It has the scent of Bottom Feeder Potential all over it, namely me! |

Location: Central Massachusetts | Wow, what a fun piece of history. If you can avoid that shipping cost with local pickup and get it cheap, would be fun just to have in the corner even if it doesn't work. Check Jerome's site, I bet there's info on it there. |

What ever happened to that OFC dude that made the whole Partridge Family tribute band including all the Ovation amps and OPAS PA system? That shit was wild! He even had all the stage outfits nailed perfectly. Unfortunately none of them (especially him) looked like the PF, but the whole idea was really out there.

Location: Las Vegas | I'm still here! LOL Pop in now and again. Just got the first real ovation dual horn cabinet off eBay a few weeks ago, and we've got a couple of real heads and speaker cabinets now, although the remakes look newer of course and we did get awful close considering the 30 year time differential and going by catalogs!
We might be making a national debut in a couple of months... will let everyone know as much as we can as things solidify.

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Back to the original topic, I lost out on the amp by the last bidder. Any of our members pick this up? I was only going for the name and had no need whatsoever for another amp. The shipping expense knocked me out early. |

They actually were quite nice amps. I have several and they were a bit ahead of their time. They had modular circuit boards and such. Most of the "bad" ones, just require a cleaning. I also have a load of NOS replacement speakers and a few empty cabinets. |
