Location: GA USA | I've decided that a 1581, single epi, any color but black is probably the guitar I want to spend the rest of my life with. A couple years from getting one though. Congrats to whoever picks this one up.
What color is yours? |

Location: Japan | I've got the guitar and can't understand how anyone could let it go!
The biggest surprise is that it appears to be virtually brand new, at least newer than some guitars hanging in stores!
War Eagle is a great seller and I would never hesitate to buy from him again!
The reason it has taken so long for me to post about this comes down to FedEx and their use of a sub-contractor called Smart Post for some of their shipping.
War Eagle sent the guitar to me immediately and it was in Fairbanks just as quickly. Good so far...
Then they shipped it back to him claiming that they tried to contact me before giving up! War Eagle and I tried contacting each other and never had problems, but Smart Post couldn't contact me (supposedly) and just gave up!
Finally I got FedEx to try track down what went wrong and they couldn't even get Smart Post to return their calls and they got fed up with the situation and just sent a pickup call.
The end of the story is it's a great guitar, great seller, and Smart Post may lose their contract over this!
Now I'm going to go play the guitar some more and call War Eagle tomorrow to thank him for this beautiful instrument! |

as you can see I have a 1587 as well, but it's in Alaska and I'm in Washington right now so it's impossible to do a direct comparison but somehow I'm feeling I may be liking the 1581 even better than my 1587 in both tonality and comfort due to the medium bowl.
Could you share some of your input on the differences between the two or your preferences?
I have this problem with my other Adamii as well, but it's hard to stop playing it! |

Location: Chehalis, Washington | Congrats on a great instrument. I just recently picked back up another 1581 after foolishly letting mine go last year...a mistake I will (hopefully  ) avoid in the future.
Enjoy it! ;) |

Edensharvest, this may very well become my favorite Adamas of all and I'm already hoping to get another one in another color! Don't know why, but all my Adamas I now have are black! |

This is my favorite guitar period, largely due to the incredible fullness and comfort of the medium bowl. |
