Whilst thats a lovely looking guitar (the UTE) I just don't like black guitars. I have had many over the years and never liked any of them. Perhaps I had a mental block when it comes to them.
I love ebony fingerboards however.
Another thing, for me, however weird it might seem, an Adamas has to be blue! It just looks right!
Go figure!
So love the UTE neck and the Adamas II body, so what Adamas is the one for me? |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I'm not much for black guitars, either, but I think I just dislike how they always look like someone just finished eating pancakes on them or was changing the oil.
The textured top of the Ute, however, doesn't have that problem. It looks good without having to shine it up all the time. Everyone should have one. Too bad there were only 100 made.
I prefer an Adamas in red, but my wife likes blue. When it came to a choice of the #47RI or the OFC, I conceded to my wife's wishes, just because I am such a good guy. That was one argument I couldn't lose. |

JeffW has a really nice red version and I believe he is getting a matching 12 banger. |

| 20 watchers, one interested person who just couldn't handle the trans-Atlantic nutcracker on shipping...
and a very, very nice UTE went unsold..
I'll let Al relist it on his account with new pictures and none of my "stigma" attached.
he only has ratings as a buyer on ebay, and is pretty low, tho 100%... as I have a good rating(at least on e-bay), I was only trying to help a very good and longtime friend out. He's in a pretty rough spot right now, which is why all of his guitars are for sale.
what really irks me, is the 2 members that ever said they had a problem with me, said all was good, and everything was cool...and the dispute was over... guess it's just not that way behind the scenes.
Later,

Glenn, if this is some reference to me I have no clue what you are talking about since I haven't had any words with you or about you in a very very long time.
If you heard something different and want to take it off board, you know my email. |
