Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | Here we have a well-used, but fully functional Ovation hard-shell mandolin case. Any Ovation mando will fit in this like a glove. It’s their top-of-the-line case and is amazingly rugged. It shows signs of wear as any road warrior should. The most distressed item being a damaged hinge. The hinges and latches close tightly and securely, but if the case is opened too far, one of the hinges can separate as shown in the photo below. I've taken pictures with the hinge in both the open and closed positions. The interior, however, is in very good shape!
I want to state again that the case closes securely. If you need a road-worthy, hard-shell case, but don’t want to drop over 120 bucks, this will certainly suit your purpose. I'd like to get $50 shipped for it, but let me know. I also have an excellent mid- to deep-bowl H/S guitar case for sale. See my other thread.
