I have a Legend 1756 12-string for sale on Craigslist. It sounds beautiful but has one crack in the finish from the soundhole past the bridge to the base and a smaller one on the other side from the soundhole to the bridge. I left it on the stand on a night when the weather changed suddenly, and there they were :( . It still sounds and plays fantastic.

First of all welcome to the 'O' hive mind.
Finish checking is a somewhat common, but not fatal issue we 'O' lovers deal with. As long as the wood top is not compromised, play on!
Ya might be a bit optimistic in your pricing in this crowd (not trying to be a price police, just being honest, based on the recent market). |

Location: Corning, NY | Thanks for the welcome. On Craigslist I listed firm price because of past experience (I find it keeps away the last minute hagglers), but from people who understand and appreciate Ovations I will entertain any reasonable offer.
Thanks again |
