guitar is in excellent condition, and has a set of Ivory tuner buttons from Rothesay/Master Templeman
as well as original Ping buttons.
I have original hang tags, receipt, and reg card and booklet, but ships in a non-original older SKB type Ovation case in fair condition(I shipped the Q to Guigite in the original).
the guitar is currently strung with mediums and sounds very nice. one of the last(soon to be?) made in USA Balladeers. contour bowl, LX neck system, and OP Pro preamp.
very light and responsive guitar. no issues.

also still have the Genz Benz Shen 60(also bought from Alpep) and heavy duty tripod stand and adapter sleeve, still over 2 years on transferable factory warranty, amp is in excellent condition as well, and has relatively low hours and play time on it.
