Problem with an auction

I would guess it is not a scam, I will suppose it is just a mistake but worth a mention. Is this guitar one of our members?? If so please don't forget to mention the headstock/neck damage and how extensive it may be. Granted as a result from stress on the headstock, maybe banged at one time, but it's an Ovation, built pretty tough. The darkness in some of the cracks (to me) indicates it's been that way for some time, again a guess without seeing it in person. I'm going to close this public service announcement because it serves no purpose. If you are interested in the guitar, I'd advise you to contact the seller.
