Out of the 3, the C10 is the one that pains me the most. It is just a fookin gorgeous looking and incredible sounding C10.
Beal can attest to what a deep body does to these things. His all maple C10 deep body is a tone monster.
The only reason I decided to sell it is because I have this one on order for October delivery:
Collings OM-2HG Cut SS SB Indian Rosewood back and sides, German Spruce top; cutaway; 1-3/4" nut width; Ivoroid binding on the body only; short scale length; tobacco Sunburst top; herringbone top purfling; Brazilian Rosewood peghead overlay with abalone rose inlay; nickel Waverlys; Ebony pyramid bridge; pickguard in the case.
At twice the price, I hope it looks and sounds as good as the C10 I am selling (but since I still have the maple and all Hog C10 Deluxes, this one got picked to go). |

I'd like to see them stay in the family but what will be will be.
Probably go up Sunday night and I am 95% sure they will sell. |

Location: South of most, North of few | Well Mike, I gave him my best offer, (partial trade(s), + cash, first born, blah blah etc...) so after he gets back to his computer, we'll see what he says. Stephen doesn't budge much, and I'm not in a position ($) to budge myself. |

Maybe a month of good golf left here before it gets too cold and/or the ground gets too hard.
Anyway, answered your PM. |

He is trying to par down the collection, which I don't fault him for as I'm trying to do the same, but my deal just isn't in the cards for us to consummate cause I don't have the $$ now. I will say this, if you wanted to buy a used guitar, Stephen's are some of the best cared for you will find. |

Location: Cincinnati | I haven't played it. With the power outage from Ike at home and work, moving my son back home until he transfers to Columbus, and being forced to attend another boring Ohio State game, I haven't had time to do much of anything. I'll get it out this week. Probably tomorrow night. |

I prefer to think of myself as a retirement planner that does financial assessments and also sells insurance when the situation calls for it.
Humpfff.....an Arab camel trader. This coming from a guy who wanted to pay me in goats! |

The finest Taylor I have ever played is still available.
Ebay delayed until potential deals either fly or die but these are leaving the herd within the next week or so. |

so...........the Martin and the Collings are going back on the block along with the Taylor.
These will most likely be released from their current hold and hit ebay this upcoming weekend so if you are interested in grabbing one of them at OFC prices, speak up.
Thanks! |
