Hello. I recently aquired a 1111-4 with the serial number oof G-255. I understand that it was made between July 1968 and Feb. 1972. Just curious about what it's value might be.

Thanks

Okay... Which is it? $300 or $500? :p

Just being a jerk... I have no Idea what it is worth.

It's easy.

If you're buying, $300. If you're selling $500. :D

Howdy Breal,

If you were my neighbor and we started talking sell/swap man-talk I would likely target the $400.00 range.

Ebay is a fickle mistress and Craigslist is a whorehouse.

You can still come away with a smile and a rash from either.

But this place... is like free potato(e) chip!

Hope you're not thinking of selling in today's market. Hardly any Ovation on eBay in the last two weeks has gotten anywhere near meeting the reserve or BIN price.

I bought an 1111-4 in 1971 and still have it. Great guitar, although the neck on mine was always a bit narrow for my preference.
