Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | I moved to Savannah, Georgia in '98, and rundown houses just outside the historic district were being snacked up by investors for as low as 30 grand. I saw it coming of course: Within 2 years those same buildings were fixed up and selling for a quarter million plus. I've never wished I had money so badly in my life. But this comes close. I've watched steal after steal float by in the river, and me without my water-wings! :rolleyes:
