Location: Archbald, PA | Just an idea. I love dealing with many on-line Guitar sites and the Ovation FanClub. I love also Trading Guitars. This is a great site. My question is why doesn't everyone say where they are from? and if they are open to trades?
I love trading with people and especially if I can meet them in person so we can see our guitars face-to-face. Where else can you get same value for your instrument, or find something you really want and can trade for?
I even will drive to meet people half way as long as we are approx. 2 hours from eachother. I have met people from PA, CT, NJ, and NY. If there is anybody in these areas intersted in any of my guitars below feel free to contact me to trade or buy.
1974 Guild D-40
2003 Adamas 1898 12-string
2006 Gibson J-45 Modern Rosewood
1997 Ovation Collector's Parlor (may be going)
2000 PRS Custom 22 (may be going)
1997 USA Fender Active Jazz Bass Deluxe
Thank you,
John

Mark, your in Iowa? Johnny has a narrow neck now (on his 97, not below his head) so unless yours is wide, he'll have twins. |

I'll claim Iowa again when the Hawkeyes start winning football games again. |

There really is little difference between Iowa and Idaho. The inlaws from Iowa are visiting and we took them for a drive. They freaked out. I asked if they had curvy roads in Iowa and they said, yes, but not with 1000 foot drop offs. She said if you drive off the road you just go in the ditch, so I asked, "Do you do that often? We try to stay on the pavement here." |

Consider it, in light of the present times, cost averaging! Hopefully it's to be used as leverage to get a wide neck in the future. If it doesn't happen, then two of my G-babies will some day have THE guitar that I presently keep by my side!
To get back on topic, I have no reservations in declaring where I reside. As said, if anything, it allows 'regional' evaluations and possible get togethers. My first '97C is how I met the notorious TJ and shared in his love for Ovations.
Yes, the site does seems slower this evening... |

| John, do you have any photo's in the members photo section? I do not see your user name listed in there. Perhaps I am missing something?
A photo of what you have to trade or sell would be as helpful as knowing where we are all from.
