I have all 6 from the Koa beauty I got from you a while ago. When I replaced the gold buttons with Pauls's Koa buttons, I had to replace all of the original tuners because the buttons didn't fit them.

They're exactly like your picture, with "Ovation" printed across the covers.

Just to clarify. It would appear that the tuners used on at least some Celebs have a smaller shaft size to the Schaller & Ping machines found on USA guitars. Scooter had a compatibility problem with the original tuners on his Koa Celeb. (KK to the rescue, of course) Thus far it's the only compatibility issue I've had with the custom buttons.
