I gotta admit, this is the only Tak that really intrigues me. I'd follow up on this, but it requires WAY deeper pockets than this social worker will ever have. But hey, what are dreams for eh?

The seller is looking for 2,000 Euros + shipping. He's in France.

Regards,

I think that works out to about $2800. Probably $3k by the time you get it to the US. Seems about right.

Dave; this is a great looking guitar and I am sure it sounds sweet: I do love the Brazillian...I gotta say that the Martin OM-28V I bought from you is the sweetest sounding and playing OM size guitar I have ever played. Even though it has Indian RW: what Indian it has: straight grained and georgous...not sure if they are all this nice but this one is the cat's meow! Again, I am sure the 75 is nice, but I do love the 28V...Thanks again!

Hey Mike,

Glad the OM-28V honeymoon is a long one! That was a tough guitar to let go. While I had it I did A/B it extensively with the EF75. They were real close but indeed I would give the Martin a slight nod for acoustic sound. Not every one, just yours. That's a sweetie for sure.

I'll give you the litmus test: when I took it over to Wayne Henderson to see, he immediately stopped what he was doing and knelt down on one knee and played the 28V nonstop for over 20 minutes: I have never seen him do that before: usually just 5 minutes or so but he heard something special in this guitar...what a treat to hear him play it for that long...His comment: "Now that’s a real nice guitar!" Believe me that’s high praise!
