Location: Blue Ridge Mountains | I have the preverbal "Deal You Can't Refuse" to pay for and the only way to finance it is to thin the herd again...this time the electric O's...
This 1975 1253-1 Deacon 12 is in near mint condition...although it took forever for me to get it: things change. Original case, new strings, fabulous Sunburst finish, awesome sound...I will sell to a club member for the same price I paid for it: $1375.00 plus Priority Shipping to your door w/insurance and tracking...it goes on EBay Monday for a lot more...this is a great opportunity to get a 1975 Sunburst Vintage O 12 for a steal and keep it "in the family"...
1975 Ovation Deacon 12 1253-1
Also offered is my 1271-4 Viper circa 1975: this guitar is stunning and plays like a million dollars: just look at the flame in the Maple. Has original case and is in excellent condition. $450 plus Priority Shipping to your door w/insurance and tracking...This is a great guitar...help keep it in the family...
1271-4 Viper circa 1975
I know, I know, I hear you...but my loss is your gain...these are absolutely wonderful examples of each model...Sometimes “ya gotta do what ya gotta do” (or what ever keeps the peace) ;) ...Both will go to the Bay on Monday if someone here doesn't take them...Sorry, no trades...

Someone should jump on this one. |

That Deacon is absolutely STUNNING! I was jonesing soooo bad at the SJ. As you know though, unfortunately it's a week late for me.
But if anyone wants a down right gorgeous Deacon, this is IT! |

Location: Wichita, KS | I paid more for my mahogany finish Deacon 12 and have never regretted it. These are incredible to play. If you've ever thought of buying one, you may want to jump on this before I break down and add the sunburst to my collection... |
