Just curious because lately (like for a month) eBay has been experiencing what they laughingly refer to as a 'glitch' that causes the free shipping icons to appear somewhat randomly on listings. We've had it happen to us 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Checked the listing, everything's correct, but they show up anyway. Really pisses the buyers off and of course they have no one to take it out on but the seller. |

Yes, I offered free shipping in the 48 US and explained the cost if otherwise in the description.
That doesn't garauntee that it will be read though!!! shipping is one of my Ebay peeves but it is still worth the audience. |
