Location: Boise, Idaho | That's where some of us got our K1111 Balladeer RIs. The pictures in the ad might not be the guitar you get. Mine wasn't the same as the one pictured, but I like mine better. Looks like a big store. I wish I had known about it when I was last in Milwaukee. |

| They advertise a reconditioned guitar with the photo of specific serial number on the back of the headstock. Seems like fraud if you don't get the guitar you bid for.. |

Location: South of most, North of few | I actually bought that same model from them for close to what Stephen said. (don't want to disclose the price publicly) Sent it back for a refund, as it had a small issue with the neck and didn't want to start messing too much with the setup. They use a "stock" photo, but the one I got was a beautiful burst. They also refunded my money with no questions. |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Stonebobbo and I had the same problem getting responses to emails from them through ebay, but when I called the toll free number, I got a real person, who gave me a tracking number and the guitar showed up earlier than I expected. I prefer talking to people rather than machines. |

Location: northern virginia | Good Lord, I personally don’t want another 12 string slot head - were they designed by sadists? I just changed the strings on an old Pacemaker this weekend, and it took me forever! Not fun at all.... |

Location: Tennessee | I did buy my K-1111 from them. Nice folks. They did take care of me, even if it did take a couple of days for email traffic to clear. But I got the guitar quick, and there were no issues. They are more "in-person" people than anonymous web types ... like MIB said, sometimes that's a better way to deal with folks. If you go to their eBay store, you'll see a LOT of nice vintage old guitars, including a LOT of Gretsches and even a '57 LP GoldTop they're asking $112.5K for. |

Good disclosure and service. |
