An unfortunate Breadwinner .

It's been hacked up for replacement pickups. What I can't figure out is the bridge. The saddles are nonstandard and two of them don't seem to be visible. Any guesses on what sort of "improvement" was made?

improvement of price by a factor of 3 for a hacked up breadwinner like the one up for auction.

Hard to tell from the lousy pics.
They look like fender strat type saddles, I think two are just dark coloured.

Stephen I think you are being generous.

The blind Optimism of some of these folks just amazes me.

"I took a perfectly good Breadwinner and messed-it-up, now I want alot more money."

Hmmm...

Case $200
Body $150
Neck $150
Electronics $100 (if still active)
Back plate $100
Neck Plate $75
Tuners $50
Part out pups $50

Total $875

Sell the electronics and add a Woody PG with Duncan 59's and a one piece bridge.

Mike, if those parts are worth that much I may have a few plates and bodies lying around that I would be happy to sell to you.

While I have a different opinion on the individual prices... but my list comes out about the same at the bottom line. I have parted out more than one guitar because the sum of the parts was much greater than the whole.

Those were high and rough guess-timates. Your actual mileage may vary.
