Location: GA USA | You're not kidding. And it's a tobacco burst too. But alas, the fund is at half that right now. I need to sell some comic books. |

Location: GA USA | It's mostly Marvel and DC super hero stuff. But like guitars, it's hard to get what it should be worth now. I have a copy of Amazing Spider-Man #14 that is the first appearance of the Green Goblin. A price guide might say it's worth $2500 in near mint condition (which it's not), but look at ebay and the ones that are selling in similar condition are going for $200-$300.
I did make a quick $100 a couple of years ago selling a Spidey book, but I wouldn't count on it now.
I have about 10 complete years of Superman books which are worth about what I paid for them at best.
Probably best just to hang on to them.
I've got enough guitars... right? |

I think that quotation was attributed to a (former) GAS station owner. :D
Go Jas, he might do time payment!!
