Here is a veteran Preacher Deluxe with the Pup switches and recently gone through active system (thanks to Steve).

No case but carefully packed in a Gig Bag, $525 with shipping in the 48 ConUS.

A good Bottom Feeder could probably part it out for more!

So why did you decide to switch necks?

I had this loovely 12 string Preacher Deluxe neck but no Deacon to put it on (my preference). Then I got a deal on the PD and stuck it.
But then...

I traded out for Redwood's Deacon, Added the 12 neck and had the most awesome D12 Plus ever!
But then...

I traded it with Northcountry for a cool Adamas six string.
And now...

I'm GASsing for an Adamas 12 so I'm assembling as many parts as I can to build the GAs Fund.

I'm almost 100% sure I want to buy it. Hows the action on it? Is it different from an all original PD?
Just asking some questions before i decide to buy.

The action is great and the PD is very adjustable for whatever action you like to set. I prefer the heavier strings on an Electric and have it set at a Medium action.

Lighter string sets are fine, just lower the Bridge 1/4-1/2 turn and tweak the truss rod - and Bob's yer Uncle!

If you can get past the dings this guitar has another 20-30 years left in it!
