I have a truely fine md350 - it is a chinese made guitar, but with high quality woods and 'pretty' good workmanship - but this kicker is this, loud and full like a d28marquis -

go to utube and search for this martin and you will hear what it sounds like - pics in a day or 2
but here is a stock photo

also interesting article:

one surprising thing, the neck - vintage thickness -modified V - not as heavy or thick as a Tak bluegrass - but close

also has the Olson/ovation 5 layer neck, using ebony instead of maple. very nice mahogany too.

If I sell, will ask $499 plus shipping (no case) - ask Mwoody about it, he played it last weekend - it's got a 'stable' back crack, but is pretty ding free otherwise. it's less than 500 and plays/sounds like a $5300 Martin - so don't give me grief over the crack - shit happens.

The Yairi's I've played have all been very nice.

Great looking guitar! Good Luck with the sale.
