Interesting...you put this up at a funny time. I'm just trying to decide what goes and what stays now that I have the Storm-12 incoming.

Any particular type you're looking for Dweez?

Ovation don't make a uke with concert scale length. Soprano or Tenor only.

dweez, PM me if you'd be interested in "semi" ovation USA made ukuleles. I have two, one soprano and one tenor.

Ukiyo is a pretty high end uke builder out in California. http://www.ukiyoukuleles.com/

"Somehow" he was sent a couple applause soprano uke bowls and a couple Ovation tenor mandolin bowls with no instructions at all other then "see what you can do". What he came up with were two soprano and two tenor ukuleles that are damn, damn nice. Far different league than your typical applause ukes, but if you're into unique one offs built by one of the premier USA builders give me a shout.

Ummmm, 'sitting Applause' as opposed to a 'standing Ovation'...

If you're lucky, particularly on that side of the Atlantic. I got a Koa-topped Applause uke with the palm tree cutouts & electronics, and I think I paid about $200 with the soft case.
