| Not much on the web about this guitar. Made in Japan in 1984-85.
This is a great quality straight ahead electric with no gimmicks. Comes with a generic gig bag $300 plus shipping

A lot of the guitars that came from Japan in that time frame are such great guitars (I'm sure some crap too), but A lot of as you stated, no frills, just straight forward, well built guitars. |

Location: NW Washington State | I used to watch these all the time on eBay (but now I'm obsessed with c. 1981 Arias). $300 is a reasonable price for one in good condition and this sunburst(?) is not a common color.
Did you also post this at takamineforum.com?

Location: Jet City | These are great guitars. I almost bought one back in the early 80's but bought the Preacher instead (then traded the Preacher for the UKII).
If I had the $, I be considering this one for sure. |
