Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | Next up on the block as Patch pays for his projects/prospects—a very nice 1758 12-string Elite in very good shape. It has the hard-to-find Pearl White finish. The pics make it look a little paler than the pearl it truly is. It’s really quite a handsome instrument! The only flaw I can find in the finish is a scratch about 2 inches long in the lower bout. It’s NOT a finish crack and even less obvious. The rest of the finish is fine. The neck and bridge have some nice graining in them as well if you’re into aesthetics. If you’re into tone, then this one has it in spades, even with the dead strings that are on it. (I’ll put a new pack of D’Addario’s in the case when I ship it.) All in all, a lovely instrument. The intonation is good all the way up the neck. I would pull a shim out, but the action is still good. This is a fine specimen of an excellent series.
It has the deep bowl with a AA sitka spruce top. Some of the technical specs include quintad bracing, a scale of 25 ¼”, and nutwidth of 1 7/8”. The fretboard and bridge are both walnut and the inlays are of maple. Finally the tuning machines are gold plated and in great shape. The serial number (431098) dates it to 1991. It comes in its hardshell case, also in very good condition with a fair amount of scuffing but no structural damage and a clean interior.
I’m asking $795 shipped in the Continental US. Overseas? We’ll work out a shipping quote if you contact me. It will ship insured and well-packed. I’d really like to move this one quickly, so don’t be afraid to contact me with questions (or other ideas). Let me know what you think.

Jim eagle-eyed something that I missed while I was taking photos. (I admit to middle-aged eyesight, but I claim the excuse that I was racing the fading daylight.) There is a small chip out of the binding near one of the epaulettes. I've added a picture of that as well as of the scratch mentioned in the description. (MAN, it was hard to get it to show in a photo!) Ask questions folks.
I've got three guitars up now and I need to move them. Heck! Feel free to talk about my layaway plan for any of them. The plan goes like so:
We plan it out together. Simple huh?
