Barely used 4channel mixer recorder.

Meter Can Monitor Tape or Mix

Any Input Can Be Recorded On Any Track

Capstan, Drive Wheel and Heads are Clean and In Good Shape. Unit has have very little use.

Tape cover is scratched due o being stored in the box...

This 4track Recorder Comes With a copy of the Manual.

Takes 10 AA batteries or an adaptor. Not imcluded.

Was 329.00 when new.

The fostex x-18 is a very versatile unit.....Bruce Springsteen's 'Nebraska" album was recorded on a Fostex 4 track cassette recorder

I just gave my old X-26 to my nephew. I had a lot of fun with it.

I`ve had a couple of these over the years and did some good sounding stuff on them. I like the sound of cassette better than cd.
