Location: Parrish, FL | It is time to move this one on to another home. I've got it set up with nice and low action and will ship with new strings of your choice. This is a great guitar with a loud voice and that great Adamas tone. There will be no disappointments with this one. I bought this one from our own Al and it will come with the OHSC, truss rod wrench, shims, and case candy as delivered to me.
I'm asking $1225.00 delivered in the US. If you have an interest, give me a shout and we can get together on a price good for both of us.

Location: South of most, North of few | The day a UTE isn't sold at less than 1500 really signals bad times. Anyone wanting to get on the Adamas train for an entry price while getting one of the best should jump on this. |

Location: Cicero, NY | Oh no...this was not what I was looking for but I'm gettin' the shakes...have not played ONE of these (and I've played several) that was not a stellar guitar. The Ute, the 1537 (which I now have) and the FUD are my Big Three and I'm only a third of the way there...
Somebody grab this and hold it for me, woodja? Or, if you're looking for a trade, I can give you iffy, MWoody AND TraderJim...! |

Talk to Brad and work out a payment plan. We have all been creative at one time or another....and after all, aren't you supposed to be good with numbers? |

I've owned that trinity of the Ovation Holy Grail and they are wonderful. Add to that a perfect 1681 and I call my life complete.
Alas, I'm admitting that I'll probably never be the guitar player I could be given the proper commitment (too many other interests) so I'm downsizing and offering this one to the masses.
I'm really amazed that no one has snapped this one up. I paid $1750 for it two years ago. It is like new, with minimal play on it. I think I have it priced well, but I'm open to reasonable negotiation.
To all those who have chimed in, thanks for the good words and the bump.
Let's make a deal! Payment plans accepted.

Location: Cicero, NY | For the record, Blues' Ute has officially been SOLD! Received it yesterday and it's a fantastic guitar. Everything a Ute should be and I'd like to thank Brad for the exceptional sale. Not only is the guitar everything as advertised, he threw in TWO sets of strings for me to play with and then called me to follow up! Just another example of the high quality people here. My first Adamas and, hopefully, not the last. Pics to follow on my ning site (as required). Thanks, Brad! |

Glad the UTE meets all your expectations. I was sorry to see that one go, but other matters held a higher priority. There will be another UTE or at least another guitar that grabs ahold of me in the future that will fill its' shoes. The fun is in the anticipation of what it will be.
The D'A's in the pocket are to replace those currently on the guitar. I hated to change them out as there seemed to be some life left on those. They are custom lights and come on recommendation from SlipKid. The Adamas 1818's are a spare set I had, bought real cheap. I really like the sound of those and have run them on every O I've owned and have been happy.
Enjoy!

I'm STILL wishing I could buy an 1187-247, or if that doesn't happen an '08C, but I really want that red, slotted broccoli head. One store had one and told me he'd put it on layaway for a month, but that wouldn't cut it for my (non-existing) budget ... I'm so frustrated! |
